5 reasons why no female should EVER start CrossFit!

DSCN0769You start spending more time with other women who are getting super fit just like you. You exchange recipes, train together and motivate each other….

To be honest I don’t know why any woman would ever consider doing CrossFit. We should just be hitting the treadmill everyday and restricting ourselves as much as possible.

In fact if you were even thinking about starting I have found the top 5 reasons why no female should EVER start CrossFit.

5. YOU CAN LIFT MORE

With your new found strength forged by all the hard work you put in, you can now lift more weight. Now you can carry all the shopping bags in one go making the trip from the car to the house easier?! Your partner even asks you to open the salsa jar, because his hands were greasy.

Why would you even consider such thing?

4. YOU NEED NEW CLOTHES

Your body starts to change and all of a sudden your jeans don’t fit anymore! Clothes that were super comfortable, are loose around your waist and hug your butt… That means you have to go shopping for new clothes.

Nobody likes going shopping… right?

3. YOU CAN EAT MORE

You’ve increased your metabolic rate by building lean muscle and now you can eat more of the foods you love. The worst thing? You won’t gain as much weight from eating it!

I prefer kale smoothies and rice cakes!

2. YOU WILL STAND TALLER

You’ve had to go out and buy all these amazing clothes which make you feel amazing, but you spend more time feeling confident in your own skin! Then you start enjoying going to the beach in your bikini, and enjoying the sun more.

Sitting inside is far more enjoyable than sipping caprioskas on the beach in Bali!

1. YOU HAVE TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS

You start spending more time with other women who are getting super fit just like you. You exchange recipes, train together and motivate each other. Not only that, but you make some life long friends.

How could that ever help anyone?

So before you think about getting in contact with us, be aware of these side effects of CrossFit. Make sure you share it with your friends so nobody else needs to suffer from any of them.
