Almond Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 Tablespoon of  almond butter

coconut or butter for pan

Method

Mix all ingredients in bowl with hand mixer. Melt coconut oil or butter in pan or griddle over medium heat. Pour batter into pan making small cakes. Brown on each side. Serve with fresh berries as topping. YUM!
