What is your favorite class time?

I use to be a standard 5:30 pm-er, but I actually don’t mind going to the 7:30pm and 9am classes.

What is your favorite cross fit movement?

Definitely a heavy squat-clean.

What did you think of your first CrossFit experience?

I was super intimidated and wanted to run out of the building. Lol

What do you feel is your biggest CrossFit accomplishment?

Realizing that you don’t magically get better and stronger overnight, it’s a process, and in the process you go thru highs and low; being at the bottom of the whiteboard doesn’t matter, because eventually you’re at the top.

What advice would you offer to someone just finishing Elements or thinking about trying CrossFit?

Focus on your progress, no one else’s, it’s your journey.

What do you do when not at CrossFit?

Eat, duh! No, travel and spend time with friends.
