We are making a few changes for Whole Food Challenge, we have decided for challenge that we will be taking weight and body fat measurements but these will be for informational purposes only and not be factored in to scoring for the winner. Winner points will be based on food points, bonus points and performance on benchmark WOD. There will also be 1 bonus point for taking before and after photos which will be seen by coaches only and will only be shared at end if you choose to share. There will also be weekly challenges announced on Mondays which will need to be completed before the following Monday to earn bonus points also. There will be two brief meetings after 7:15 and 8:30 classes on Saturday to answer any questions.
