What is your favorite class time?
My fav class time is 5:30pm in general and sat 8:30am partner workouts
What is your favorite cross fit movement?

Back squats and deadlifts

What did you think of your first CrossFit experience?

I’m happy I got introduced to Crossfit and that too at DHCF

What advice would you offer to someone just finishing Elements or thinking about trying CrossFit?

You’ll experience that it is very different from your daily routines and is very hard. Give yourself atleast a month or two till you get used to the new routine and you’ll not regret it.

What do you do when not at CrossFit?

on a freeday there are usually two places you can find me crossfit or library
