WOD:

Open Workout 15.6

RX’D (Includes Masters up to 54 yrs old and Teens 16-17)
Complete all repetitions as fast as possible.

10 Squat Cleans

20 Box Jumps

30 Hand Release Push-ups

40 Abmat Sit-ups

50 Double Unders

*After each exercise complete 5 Burpees

Men use 175 lbs, 24″ box,

Women use 125 lbs, 20″ box (Step-ups are not allowed)

SCALED (Scaled Men and Women 18-54)

10 Squat Cleans

20 Box Jumps

30 Hand Release Push-ups

40 Abmat Sit-ups

150 Single Unders
*After each exercise complete 5 Burpees

Men use 135 lbs, 20″ box,

Women use 85 lbs,

18″ box (Step-ups are allowed)
