WOD: “Mixed Up Log It”

AMRAP 8 –

25 Jumping Squats,

15 V-Ups,

5 HSPU (2 Wall Walks)

Notes: Choose 2 gymnastics movements (not in WOD) to work on. Much harder version of Log It, still a sprint.

EMOM 12 – Even 10 BB Jumping Squats, ODD 10 BB Good AM’s.

WOD: AMRAP 20 – 20 Walking Lunges, 20 KBS, 20/15 Cal Row, 20 Abmat Situps.
