Goal 4-6 min per round

Scale: Distance if needed to lower burpees or just less burpees

Notes: Stimulus = Stamina. For the WOD do 50m of lunges counting steps then same # of burpees. You should be doing lunges As Fast As Possible.

Date Night: Partner WOD: AMRAP 15 – P1 50m Lunges P2 Burpees. Alt every round. Score is total burpees
