Part 1: Deadlift – Build to WOD weight. 8,6,4,2,1, Rest 2 min.

Part 2:

AMRAP in 20 minutes
1 Deadlift (405/285 lb)
10 Toes-to-Bar
15 Bar Facing Burpees

Goal 1:30-2:00 per round

Scale: DL =>5 reps less weight, 10 T2B => 15 K2W,  BFP => Reg Burpees

Notes: Stimulus = Strength/Endurance. Part 1 athletes should build to about 90% 1RM and use that weight for the WOD. Newer athletes can do 5 reps with less weight.
