AMRAP 15 – P1 300m Run, P2 10 VUps, 10 Walking Lunges, 20 Mtn Climbers. Swap after each run. (15 min)
Date Night WOD: AMRAP 30 – Teams of 4 – MP1 Run 300m, FP1 10 VUps, 10 Walking Lunges, 20 Mtn Climbers. After run, MP2 and FP2 take over, after both Male partners run swap to Females run and Males work.
Notes: Try and beat your previous 2000m Row if you have one.
