Part 2: AMRAP 15 – 10 Lateral Burpees Over Bar, 10 Power Cleans, 100m Run.

Scale: BOB -> Reg Burpees, Run -> Row

Notes: Power Clean Stimulus = form with some strength work, WOD stimulus = muscle endurance with elevated HR.  Part 1 is to focus on form to help with cleans during WOD where HR will be high and form could break down.
