Wallballs w/100m Farmers Carry after each round. RX 53/44, L2 44/35, L1 35/26

Notes: Pick 1 or 2 gymnastics movements you need to improve or get stronger at. In the WOD Farmers Carries will rest your quads and shoulders, use it.


3 x 10 Hard Ring Rows, 3 x 20 sec Bar Hang.

AMRAP 20 – 5,10,15,20,25 …..Wallballs with 100m FC after each set.
