General Warm-up:

2 Rounds of 5 Burpees, 100m Run.

Mobility:

20 PVC Pass Thrus, Down Dog to Up Dog – 1 minute, Frog Stretch – 1 minute.

Warm-up:

10 Band Pull Aparts from hip (5R/5L), 5 Pushups, 40 Speed Steps.

Part 1:

Snatch Warm-up: 3 Rounds of 5 Shrugs, 5 High Pulls, 5 Power Snatch (Bar, Light, WOD)

Part 2:

AMRAP 15 – 1,2,3,4,5,6…..Power Snatch, Burpees Over Bar, 100m run after each round.

RX 115/85, L2 95/65, L1 75/45

Notes:

Similar to WOD from 5/30. Increasing reps increases difficulty. 8-10 Rounds should be average.
