Part 1: Back Squat 3,3,3,3,3, Build to a heavy 3. (50,60,70,80,85%) Rest 2+ min

Part 2:

5 RFT of 10 Back Squats and 400m Run. Use 1st or 2nd weight from Part 1.

Goal is 2-3 min per round

Scale: 400m => 300m or Row 500m

Notes: Stimulus = Stamina. Follow the % for Part 1, Part 2 will test your engine, Back Squats should be unbroken all rounds.
