Minute 3 – 16 Alt DB Snatch,

Minute 4 – Rest.

RX 53/44,30/30,50/35, L2 44/35, 20/20,40/25, L1 35/26, 15/15, 30/15.

Notes: Back Squats should be moderate. Should not take longer than 45 sec to complete the work in any minute.

Scale: Weight, Scale qty down if taking longer than 40-45 sec
