Strength: Squat Snatch – Build to a challenging 3

WOD: “Breaking News” 4 RFT – 5 Burpees over the bar, 10 Snatch, 50 DU. Use 60-65% of strength.

METCON: 3×10 DB Snatch, 3 x 10 Pushups, 3 x 10 T 2 Rack. WOD: AMRAP 15 – 5 Burpees over bar, 10 BB Push Press, 50 SU.
