OK, seeing that many of you have weight loss goals for 2014, we are going to do a little friendly 30 day weight loss challenge. This is how it will work. $20 to enter, top 2 with the highest % of weight loss will split the pot 70%/30%. All money in will be paid out. It will be based solely on % of weight lost in 30 days, no bonus pts, no food requirements, just remember what you learned during the last challenge and apply that here. Weigh in’s will be start next week and your 30 days will start at your weigh in. We will weigh in once per week for 4 weeks. You have until January 29th to enter. Open to all DHCFers and family.
