Sign up here to try a free “Intro Class” . Free Intro Classes are held on Wednesdays at 7:30pm or Sundays at 9am, the 2nd and 4th week of each month.
After your free intro class you sign up for our Elements Program, this program will teach you the basic elements of CrossFit. A new Elements starts the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. Call or email us to reserve a spot.
After your Elements Course is complete you choose the membership option that fits you best.
FREE INTRO CLASS
Our Free Intro Class will help take the intimidation away and let you join others interested in trying CrossFit for the first time. Just follow Step 1 above. Classes run Wednesdays and Sundays of the 2nd and 4th week of every month. Contact us with any questions.
