Our July member of the Month Megan Tucker came to us from a garage gym where she trained CrossFit one on one with a personal trainer. She had a great strength base and was working on her conditioning. She did great on her own losing a lot of weight and getting in better shape but working out on your own is not easy. Fast forward to today, Megan has thrived in the group atmosphere, improving her strength, cardio, nutrition (w/Beth) and overall fitness. She has been setting weekly PR’s, not only in lifting but with conditioning as well. She recently set a 1 mile run PR. She started as a 5:30amer and now goes back and forth with them and 6:45ish AM. Keep doing what your doing Megan because it is working. Enjoy that parking spot.
