What did you think of your first CrossFit experience?
I was a runner but began working with a personal trainer who coached CrossFit and really liked how it wasn’t the same thing over and over. Stuck with it ever since.
What do you feel is your biggest CrossFit accomplishment?
I went from not being able to do any pull-ups to three strict ones in a row (so far).
What advice would you offer to someone just finishing Elements or thinking about trying CrossFit?
It’s tough but it is worth it. Even after the toughest work outs you’ll be surprised how good it feels to have pushed through it.
What do you do when not at CrossFit?
I have a 9 year old son and 7 year old daughter who keep me busy and I am also in school studying for a master’s in applied economics.
