What did you think of your first CrossFit experience?
I wasn’t completely sold. It was a great workout but seemed like too much of a commitment because of all the things I’d have to learn before I got the most out of each workout.
What advice would you offer to someone just finishing Elements or thinking about trying CrossFit?
Be patient. It takes weeks to months to see results and get a hang of the movements and different types of workouts. Other advice would be to put in time outside the WODs to focus on specific exercises and movements that are limiting your workout.
What do you do when not at CrossFit?
Travel, watch TV shows, play/watch sports, brunch, hike, (attempt to) snowboard, hang out with Mansoor
