Our May member of the Month Deb Durkin is one of our early birds. Even on her days off she will still be at the 5:30am class. She has been working through some shoulder issues but that hasn’t stopped her from working hard and getting stronger. She always competes to do the best she can even if she is doing something different than the class because of her injury or just because she is “Deb”. She is easy to coach and work her butt off. She recently started Nutrition coaching with Beth to help improve her performance and because “Gramma wants a six-pack” Great job Deb, enjoy that parking spot.
