What is your favorite cross fit movement?
I loved it! To be honest I wish I started sooner. I love how I don’t have to think about what to do when I go to the gym and I feel like I have a personal trainer. The constant variation is exactly what I needed to improve my fitness. This experience has also improved my teaching, I have incorporated many functional body movements into my classes.
What advice would you offer to someone just finishing Elements or thinking about trying CrossFit?
