Memorial Day May 27th
WOD:
“Murph”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
You can do this WOD anyway you like. Do 1/2 Murph, run 1/2 miles and do all exercises in middle, do the workout with a partner, it does not matter. We are here to celebrate a true hero and those that serve and protect the way we live. Always remember our soldiers and what they do for us. We can sacrifice a little on this day to honor the sacrifices that they have given for us. Thank You to all who have served.
We will have burgers, dogs and fruit salad after for anyone that would like to hang out. Feel free to bring something if you like. Adult beverages included.
Murph!! i may not have been there with you guys but in spirit you motivated to do the murph in 43 mins and 22 seconds !
