WOD:”Almost Prime”

AMRAP 11 –

9 HRPU, 7 Power Snatch 50 DU.

RX 115/85, L2 95/65, L1 75/45.

Notes: Strength should be a challenging weight for 2 reps.

This WOD will be a burner pace from the start and pick it up at the end.

METCON:

3×10 SDHP, 3×10 DB Press, 1 Lap OH Plate Walk.

WOD: AMRAP 17 – 11 HRPU, 7 DB Snatch (Each Arm), 100 SU.
