Today our WOD will be “Marathon Monday” In CrossFIt many workouts are named after first responders and military personnel who have given their lives in the line of duty so today CrossFit boxes around the country will be honoring the first responders who so heroically responded to the tragic events of this past week. The were over 180 victims and 3 deaths from this senseless display of violence. The city of Boston and the state of Massachusetts has set up a fund to help these victims.
