Notes:You want to be very warm before the WOD. Try to keep moving and not rest to much.

5 Rounds of 10 BB Upright rows, 5 BB Press, 10 K2W. Rest 90 sec btw.

WOD: 100 SU, 80 Goblet Squats, 60 Abmat Situps, 40 Cal Row, 20 Push-ups.
