General Warm-up:

Part 1:
AMRAP 8 – 10 T2B, 20 Box Jumps, 30 DU.
RX 24/20, L2 20/18, L1 18/12.
Warm-up 2:
2 Rounds of 5 Shoulder Press and 5 OHS building to WOD weight.
Part 2:
For time:
10 Shoulder Press,
15 Overhead Squats,
20 Push Press,
25 Front Squats,
30 Push Jerks,
35 Back Squats
