Part 1: Front Squats – Build to a 1 RM 

Part 2: AMRAP 6 – 10 DB Overhead Squats(right), 10 WBS, 10 DB Overhead Squats(left), 10 Ball Slams.

RX 50/35, 20/14, 30/30, L2 40/25, 16/12, 20/20, L1 30/20, 12/8, 15/15

Scale: Front Squats -> 5×5, DB OHS -> DB Front Rack Squats

Notes: Stimulus = Sprint, fast little to no rest. Front Squats should be lighter (5×5) for less exp athletes. You should use a weight you can do unbroken DB OHS with.
