Strength: Deadlift Warm-Up – Build up to Deadlift WOD weight. 75-80% of 1RM.

WOD: “Deadathon” EMOM 30 – 2 TNG Deadlifts. 80% 1RM

Notes: You will not need to many sets to warm-up. (4 sets of 10,8,6,4 at 40%,50%,60%,70%).

Concentrate on both lifts throughout entire workout, DO NOT GET LAZY.

METCON:

5 x 10 BB Good Mornings, 5 x 10 BB Box Squats.

WOD: 30 Rounds of 5 Goblet Squats, 5 KBS, 5 WBS
