Part 1: Barbell Rows – 5,5,5,5,5 Building to moderate weight. Rest 2 min

Part 2: 3 RFT – 1000/800m Row, 40 SDHP, 20 Pushups.

RX+ 95/75, RX 75/55, L2 65/45, L1 55/35. *22 min cap

WOD Goal 18 – 22 min, 6-7 min round

Scale: Distance or reps as needed.

Notes: Stimulus = Muscle Stamina. WOD weight and reps should allow you to keep moving with a few short breaks during SDHP and Push-ups, shoot for 3 or less breaks. Goal is for everyone to finish in 18-22 min, so try and scale accordingly.
