Rest 2+ minutes

WOD:

AMRAP 3 – Snatch,

Rest 1 minute, add weight.

AMRAP 3 – Clean,

Rest 1 minute, add weight,

AMRAP 3 – Deadlifts.

Start with 70% Snatch 1RM, add 30% each round.
