Strength: EMOM 12 – Even: 2 Front Squats, Odd: 4 Back Squats. Base off 85% FS.

WOD: “Squat Day”

AMRAP 12 –

6 OHS,

12 Burpees Over the Bar,

24 DU.(48 SU).

RX 95/65, L2 75/55, L1 65/45

Notes: Squats will be based off of FS 1 RM. Focus on form.

Keep an even steady pace during WOD.

Should be able to do most OHS unbroken.

METCON:
