Strength: Tabata Planks & Tabata Bar Hangs, 1 min rest btw.

WOD: “HBD 2 ME”

5 RFT of 500/450m Row, 5 Strict Pullups/RR, 10 Pushup Burpees.

Notes: With both Tabatas, if you break during your 20 sec work rest the remainder of work time

plus the 10 sec rest time. In this WOD working about 85-90% on Row should allow you to move directly to Pullups and Burpees.
