Scale: Thrusters -> DB’s, SUx2, C2B -> Pullups, Ring Rows
Notes: Stimulus = Endurance & Strength. Less experienced athletes can work 5×5 with moderate weight to work on form. WOD is longer, 15 reps of Thrusters and C2B is a tough number, make a plan and try to stick with it and don’t rest to long.
