Part 1: 1 min Max Cal bike then 400m Walk (6 Laps) then 2 min DU/SU. Rest/Mobilize 5 min after last person finishes before WOD

Part 2:

AMRAP 8- 10/7 Cal Bike, 75 DU/100 SU.

Goal 1:30-2:00 per Round

Notes: Stimulus = Stamina/Endurance. Part 1 Bike and DU/SU are max effort for leaderboard. WOD should be fast but there may be a backup on bikes.
