1 mile run then in any order
300 Air Squats, 200 Push-ups and 100 Pull-ups then
1 mile run.
L2 1/2 mile instead of 1 mile
L1 1/2 Murph
or you can partner up and share the work.
We will have some Burgers and Hot Dogs for grilling after Murph on Monday. If anyone would like to bring some other goodies it would be great. Post to members only FB what you can bring so we don’t double up and BYOB. See you all Monday and remember this is open to anyone that wants to do it, so bring your family and friends.
