Part 2: “Slap Shot”

4 RFT – 5 C2B, 7 Power Snatch, 90 DU.

RX 135/95, L2 115/75, L1 85/45

Notes: You should try to build to a little more than WOD weight. Numbers are small enough that you should move quickly through C2B and Snatch. This WOD is a sprint.
