500mrow each then

50-40-30-20-10 of Box jumps, pull ups then

400m run each

then 50-40-30-20-10 of Back Squats, Burpees.

Split all work,one parrtner working at a time.

Rx 95/65 L2 75/55 L1 65/45

Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5 adding weight each set. Start set every 2 minutes
