What is your favorite class time?
My favorite class time is in the morning 9 AM. I mostly work in the evening to late nights, this timing of class is the most convenient for me and helps me stay active rest of the day.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
I almost like all the CrossFit movements mainly Deadlifts, jump ropes (SUs only, working on DUs), rope climbs(goal) and there are many movements in which I am really pushing myself.
What did you think of your first CrossFit experience?
I felt everything new, because it is the first time working out in a group. but the coaches and other CrossFitters helped to keep me motivated in the classes.
What advice would you offer to someone just finishing Elements or thinking about trying CrossFit?
Motivate yourself and wait patiently for the results.
What do you do when not at CrossFit?
I try not stay idle and I go out for a run or any other outside physical activity.
