CrossFit Metcon will use the same principles of CrossFit, constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity, but focus more on the conditioning aspect without the heavy barbell movements. We will employ the use of dumbells, kettlebells and lighter barbell movements.

Barbell Club is a specialized class to improve Olympic lifting technique. It will also help build power and speed through strength and accessory work. Barbell club can be scheduled as a one on one class with any of our coaches.
