Strength: EMOM 8 of 5-10 WBS.

WOD: “Opening Day Chipper”

400m Run, 50 Air Squats, 400m Run, 40 Abmat Situps, 400m Run, 30 Pushups.

Notes: Use WB you would use in a WOD. Try to maintain the same number for all 8 rounds. The WOD should be quick with minimal rest. Push yourself on the runs.
