1st Day – 200m Run

2nd Day – 2 Sumu Deadlift Highpulls

3rd Day – 3 Snatch

4th Day – 16 Cal Row

5th Day – 5 Pullups

6th Day – 6 Push Press

7th Day – 7 V-Ups

8th Day – 8 Burpees

9th Day – 9 Squat Cleans

10th Day – 10 Wall Balls

11th Day – 11 Hand Release Push ups

12th Day – 12 Hand Stand Pushups

Think about the song. On the 1st day of Christmas you do 1 200m Run, on the 2nd day of Christmas you do 2 SDHP and 1 200m Run, on the 3rd day of Christmas you do 3 Snatch, 2 SDHP and 1 200m Run. and so on. Alternate every exercise with partner.
