1st Day of Xmas – 1 Hundred Speed Steps
2nd Day – 2 Burpee Box Jump Overs
3rd Day – 3 Strict Pullups
4th Day – 4 Burpee Broad Jumps
5th Day – 5 Box Jumps
6th Day – 6 Burpees Over The Bar
7th Day – 7 Power Snatch
8th Day – 8 Push-Up Burpees
9th Day – 9 Hang Power Cleans
10th Day – 10 Burpees
11th Day – 11 Calorie Row
12th Day – 12 Burpees Over The Rower
Example:
Day 1 – Partner 1 does 1 Hundred Speed Steps, Day 2 – Partner 2 Does 2 Burpees Box Overs, Partner 1 Does 100 Speed Steps, Day 3 – Partner 2 Does 3 Strict Pullups, Partner 1 Does 2 Burpee Box Overs, Partner 2 Does 100 Speed Steps ……… And So On up to Day 12.
Always starting each round with a new Exercise and finishing with 100 Speed Steps.
