12 Rnds (add 1 exercise per round in order, always start with new exercise and work down,

example – 2nd day of xmas = 2 – 100m Runs, 1 wall walk, 3rd Day of xmas = 3 – PU, 2 – 100m Runs, 1 Wall Walk)

8 – KBS,

9 – SDHP,

10 – Burpees,
