Part 1: 5 min RC warm-up, 5 min Dip Warmups, 5 min MU/Wallwalk Warmup

Part 2:

For time:
10 Rope climbs,
100m Walking Lunge
50 Ring Dips
100m Walking lunge
10 Bar MU

Goal 15-20 min

Scale: RC => 20 Rope Pulls, 10 MU=>5 Wall Walks

Notes: Stimulus = Endurance. Part 1 is for warmimg up gymnastic movements. Part 2 You should set a plan for each exercise. Should be 3 min or less per exercise.
