Lincoln Woods – 7:30 & 8:45 am classes only, both at Lincoln Woods near the Kayak rentals. No 9:45 class.

Strength: EMOM 10 – Odd Pushups (Pefect), 30 sec Plank

WOD: “2018 Lincoln Woods”

AMRAP 20 – Teams of 3

P1: Plank

P2: Sprint 40m, 10 RKBS, 5 Burpees, 10 Ball Slams, 5 Burpees.

P3: Rest.

Each time P1 stops plank = 5 extra burpees each at the end .

Score will be rounds & reps and burpees.
