Part 1: DL, PC, PP warmup

Part 2: AMRAP  in 25 minutes (Teams of 3)
P1 -3 min Row
P2 & P3 – AMRAP
5 Deadlift, 5 Power Cleans, 5 Push Press.

RX 135/95, L2 115/75, L1 95/55

*P2 Completes 1 round, P3 Completes 1 round and so on until row complete. Athletes can only rotate once a full round is complete but row stops after 3 min.

Notes: Complete a full round before next person begins. While Partner 1 rows partner 2 & 3 complete as many rounds as possible. When partner 1 finishes the row, partner 2 will advance to the row while partner 1 & 3 rotate through the AMRAP. If an athlete has started a round before the row has been finished then the round must be completed before all the athletes can rotate to the next station.  2 scores – total meters on rower and total rounds and reps in 25 min.
