Today’s workout is fast and furious. Put your foot on the gas pedal from the start and don’t let up. The weight on the power snatch should be something you can perform a few rounds or more of unbroken touch & go reps. This weight should be similar to what you would use in the benchmark workout, “Isabel”. After completing each set of burpees, count to no more than :10 before picking up the bar for your next set.
