500m row & 100 DUs (200 SUs), Each

50 Deadlifts, alt every 5 one partner works the other  holds deadlift at top,

50 push ups alt every 5 one partner works while other holds plank,

50 T2B alt every 5  (100 K2W, alternate every 10) one partner works while other hangs from bar.

Work stops if holding partner drops.
